Stan Grubbs came up in the LA scene as a composer and promoter working with Interscope and G-Unit Records, then spent years running weddings and corporate events across the Pacific Northwest. That work is what he is bringing to Orlando and Tampa: two decades of reading a room, running a timeline, and keeping a microphone from embarrassing anybody.
Central Florida is a new market, not a new job. Weddings, corporate galas, private parties, and festivals all get the same thing: one person handling sound, MC duties, lighting, and the photo booth, so nothing gets handed off mid-reception.

Who shows up
The person you talk to is the person who shows up.
There's no roster and no dispatcher. Every inquiry, planning call, timeline, and event is Stan Grubbs — the same person, start to finish. You will never be assigned a DJ you haven't met.
Most entertainment companies in Orlando and Tampa run a roster — twenty or more DJs, with yours assigned closer to the date. That model works fine for plenty of couples. It just means the person who sold you on the company usually isn't the person behind the decks. Worth asking either way: “will the DJ on my wedding day be the person I'm talking to right now?”
